Any individual can make a difference no matter who they are.
Evidence:
-Many individuals in the novel believe that they are inferior to others. In reality, the people who thought that of themselves actually inspired other people. They inspired others to believe in themselves, stay strong, and never let anyone bring them down. This is seen many times throughout the book, especially during the raids held by the Nazis and while the Jews were in the camps.
-The largest piece of evidence is when Herr Schindler put it upon himself to save the Jews. In his mind, he always knew he would become rich. He never knew that he would save the lives of thousands of people, though. He started off as a young man who was only into his trade for money. That all changed when he saw the mistreatment of the Jews. He is the prime example of being able to make a difference.
